Paul Clerehugh of The Crooked Billet cookery demonstration 6.45 until 8.00pm Friday 11th May, Henley Town Hall.
Paul will be cooking with regional ingredients, popular at the pubs local produce evenings.
Crayfish, Muttan, Crooked Billet Honey, Stoke Row Buffalo and other favourites will be featured. During Paul’s demonstration there is a FREE tasting of local wines, sparkling wine and dessert wine.

Entry to the demonstration, which is being filmed for television, is also FREE.
There is also a complimentary bottle of wine voucher for all attending Paul’s demo, redeemable when eating at The Crooked Billet. Many other nationally recognised chefs will provide a variety of demonstrations, tastings and competitions. The Town hall will be all about enjoying the best food, freshly prepared. Participants already confirmed include Heston Blumenthal and Ashley Walts of the Fat Duck, Raymond Blanc, Tom Aitkens, Paul Clerehugh, Antony Worral-Thomson, Roy Ackerman, Mary Berry and Henrietta Green. Many others are set to demonstrate just how exciting food can be.
Centred on the town’s Market Square, a food festival also takes place in an ambient covered area where 20 stalls will offer the finest food and drink available.
Admission everywhere is free and all ages will be welcome. The covered Market Square will contain food stalls, each equipped with a kitchen, where visitors will see the food cooked in front of them, ready to taste or purchase.
The Crooked Billet is amongst those restaurants cooking in the town square. Chefs at each stand will explain what they are creating and answer questions as they cook. In addition there will be two bars, a revolving stage for live music and a large seating area. The covered area will also feature a large screen showing the live demonstrations taking place in the Town Hall.
