Do We Have To Eat?

Yes! Ticket revenue to artists & production. The Crooked Billet is dependent on dinner & drink sales to host shows. When tickets are purchased, your dinner table is automatically booked. Tables in same space as the show - enjoy the performance from your table.

What Menu?

Full regular a la carte menu is offered. Order on the night. An example of our frequently changing menu is available here. Please advise us of any food allergies when ordering.

Where Will We Sit? Can We Be At The Front?

Tickets/tables allocated on a first come, first serve basis. However - being one of Britain’s smallest venues, all tables are up close & personal.

What Time? Arrive. Dinner. Music. Finish

Arrive from 6:30pm & by 7:00pm. Food orders & dinner before the show. Artist on stage circa 8:30pm. Ends 10:30pm ish. Suggest taxis from 10:45pm/11pm.

Disabled Access

Built in 1642, a small listed property. Although everything is ground floor, there are varying different surface levels. No specific disabled WC facility. We have regular wheelchair guests dining with us & enjoying our music nights. Don’t hesitate contacting us with any requests or questions.

Parking/ Taxis/Trains

We have a car park. There isn’t a particular taxi company that we’re affiliated to. British Rail Reading - 35 minutes by taxi. British Rail Henley 20 minutes by taxi.

Children

Younger guests are welcome. Full regular a la carte menu offered.

Refunds

In the unlikely event that an artist cancels, payment is transferred back. Otherwise, tickets are non-refundable.

Love & Respect

Respect that guests have come to listen & enjoy the performance. Respect the artist. Don’t chatter, chin wag, natter & gossip during the performance. Rapturous applause strongly encouraged.
