Lafertin & Limberger; supremo Gypsy Jazz kings - absolute stars of the genre.

Fapy Lafertin, born 1950 into the Belgian Manouche Romani Gypsy community. The most celebrated Gypsy guitarist of the last 40 years, widely recognised as the heir to Django Reinhardt’s crown.

Tcha Limberger, born 1977 into the Belgian Manouche Romanian Gypsy family of internationally renowned musicians. The Limbergers. Born blind - his father Vivi & his grandfather are famed gypsy jazz violinists. Multi instrumentalist Tcha will play violin at The Crooked Billet on Tuesday 26th.

Gypsy rhythm guitar & double bass provided by Dave Kelbie & Sebastien Girardot - the bricks & backbone for Tcha & Fapy to weave their creative magic around.
