Nine Below Zero

Cult South London rhythm & blues band still fronted by original members Dennis Greaves & Mark Feltham formed in 1977. By 1980, they were packing out major British & European venues, selling out Hammersmith Odeon & scorching the record charts. The first band appearing on Rick Mayor & Adrian Edmonds’ legendary ‘Young Ones’ TV series.

Mark Feltham is recognised as one of the world’s best blue’s harp blowers - famously performing the Old Grey Whistle Test theme tune. Mark has lent his skills to the world’s greatest blues guitarists, all of whom use Mark on their recordings. Dennis Greaves has collaborated with hundreds of favourite musicians & bands, he is a hugely respected, talented & loved musician, vocalist & guitarist. In more recent years, Sting booked Nine Below Zero for his 60th Birthday arena shows. Nine Below Zero recently performed at Glastonbury Festival.

We have enjoyed several blues duo shows from Mark Feltham & Dennis Greaves - Wednesday 9th October, experience the entire, brilliant rocking bluesy band. Nine Below Zero at The Crooked Billet - what a treat.
